Ok, I've been putting this on hold for long enough! I've been going to the doctor's for several weeks know and I'am waiting on the results of all the test's "WOW"
I'am such a geek, I have'nt introduced you to the Kingkaps7 Knight's above!! geek"huh"
Anyway, I could have prostate or colen cancer,urinary track & kidney infections, one or all of the above! It's been such a shock! but,will see, so that's why I have decided to do this Blog, so you can follow my journey if you so desire. I tire real easy, so I will do this as it happens. sound good!

9/11/09 Ruff night, I did'nt even sleep, I'am either to tired to sleep or can't sleep,with pain & lot's of nauseation."It suck's"!
Anyway; I had lunch with my buddy Otis Sistrunk, former Oakland Raider DL.& Hall-of-Famer, great guy,he was there for me when Dad passed (I'll post Dad's poem soon)& when Mom passed! specking...
