Welcome to 2010 my friends!

Good day, I had another doc. Appt yesterday Jan.15,10. It went well I'm sure getting tiered of this, the cancer is still there of course, but I knew that. I wont loose my hair Yeh" my appetite is almost non exsitent & my strenght, I almost have none. But other than that, I'm Ok, lol"

Well got through another holiday Season "WOW" very low key, I tier so easy I almost sleep through New Years Eve. had a few drinks through back my meds I was just fine! Christmas was great too saw one of kids my daughter. it was nice. anyway still hanging in there pain tier & slow, thats me right know! I'am enjoying the  NFL playoffs.

I finally got some results back & yes I was diagnosed with prostate cancer the middle of Nov. I just started my meds this month Dec. It's been a trip! I tier so easy, I don't think I've stayed up for a whole day in awhile. it's like ground hogs day the movie,I have 3 mornings in 1 day!

Anyway, I'll keep all of you posted on how I'am doing, just check back once in awhile. We had some action in the neigborhood, the 4 Police Officer's that where slain in Tacoma, well that was only 5 blocks from my house on Sunday morning "WOW" we where in lockdown Sunday night, the Police where going block by block. It ended early Tuesday morn @ 2am, he was shot dead,trying to snic up on Policeman #5 "WOW" info link http://www.q13fox.com/

Ok, I've been putting this on hold for long enough! I've been going to the doctor's for several weeks know and I'am waiting on the results of all the test's "WOW"

I'am such a geek, I have'nt introduced you to the Kingkaps7 Knight's above!! geek"huh"

Anyway, I could have prostate or colen cancer,urinary track & kidney infections, one or all of the above! It's been such a shock! but,will see, so that's why I have decided to do this Blog, so you can follow my journey if you so desire. I tire real easy, so I will do this as it happens. sound good!

 9/11/09 Ruff night, I did'nt even sleep, I'am either to tired to sleep or can't sleep,with pain & lot's of nauseation."It suck's"!

Anyway; I had lunch with my buddy Otis Sistrunk, former Oakland Raider DL.& Hall-of-Famer, great guy,he was there for me when Dad passed (I'll post Dad's poem soon)& when Mom passed! specking of mom, Rate my Poem "Mother"
